Commercial information: Challenge purchase history, payment method type (not full card numbers)

Internet activity: Pages visited, features used, time spent on Platform, browser type and version

Simulated trading data: Simulated trade history, position sizes, profit/loss, leaderboard rankings, trading patterns and behaviors

Geolocation: Approximate location based on IP address for compliance and service delivery purposes

Communications: Support tickets, emails, and other correspondence with the Company

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: operate and improve the Platform; process Challenge purchases and administer accounts; calculate and distribute Rewards; maintain leaderboard rankings; comply with legal obligations; prevent fraud and prohibited conduct; communicate service updates and promotional offers (with opt-out available); and analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve our educational products.

We may collect, aggregate, and analyze simulated trading data including trade patterns, behaviors, and performance metrics for product improvement, research, and business analytics purposes.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: payment processors (Whop, Stripe) for transaction processing; analytics providers operating on our behalf; legal authorities when required by law; and successors in the event of a business transfer. All third-party processors are contractually required to protect your data.

4. Data Retention

We retain account information for the duration of your account plus three (3) years for business and legal purposes. Simulated trading data may be retained indefinitely in anonymized or aggregated form. Payment records are retained for seven (7) years as required by applicable law.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including: right to access your personal information; right to correct inaccurate data; right to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements); right to opt out of marketing communications; and for California residents, rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for Platform operation, analytics cookies to understand usage patterns, and marketing cookies for advertising. You can manage cookie preferences through the cookie consent tool available on the Platform. Disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. Children

The Platform is not directed to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.
