ALL CHALLENGE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THIS POLICY.
No Refund Policy
Challenge fees are non-refundable for the following reasons: (a) access to the Platform's simulated trading environment is delivered immediately upon purchase; (b) the service is a digital product that is fully rendered and delivered upon account activation; (c) the fee covers platform access, technology infrastructure, data services, and operational costs, all of which are incurred by the Company upon account creation regardless of your subsequent use; and (d) you have had the opportunity to review these Terms, the Risk Disclosure, and the Challenge rules prior to purchase.
By completing a Challenge purchase, you expressly: (i) consent to immediate delivery of the digital service; (ii) acknowledge that you have received and begun using the service; and (iii) waive any statutory cancellation right to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Technical Issues
If you experience a verified technical issue caused by the Company that prevents access to your account, your sole remedy is account restoration or extension of your Challenge period by the verified downtime duration. To report a technical issue, contact support@edgemax.org within 24 hours of the issue occurring with a detailed description and any supporting screenshots or evidence. The Company will investigate and respond within 48 hours. No monetary compensation will be provided for technical issues.
Dispute Resolution — Required Prior to Chargeback
Before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal with your bank or payment provider, you MUST: (1) contact the Company at support@edgemax.org; (2) clearly describe the nature of your dispute; and (3) allow the Company 5 business days to resolve the issue. Failure to follow this process constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Filing a chargeback without following this process may result in: immediate permanent account termination; forfeiture of all pending Rewards; legal action to recover disputed amounts plus costs and fees; and reporting to fraud prevention databases.
Exceptions
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be contractually waived. If you believe you have a statutory refund right that applies to your purchase, contact us at support@edgemax.org and we will assess your request on a case-by-case basis.
