Edgemax is an educational simulation platform. It is NOT a brokerage, investment advisor, prediction market, or financial services provider of any kind. The following disclosures are provided to ensure users fully understand the nature of the Platform before participating.

Simulated Trading Disclosure

ALL trading on the Platform is conducted in a simulated, virtual environment. No actual trades are executed on any exchange, prediction market, financial market, or trading platform. All account balances, profits, and losses displayed on the Platform are entirely fictitious and have no monetary value. Simulated trading results do not reflect what you would achieve trading with real money.

CFTC Rule 4.41 — Required Hypothetical Performance Disclosure

HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN INHERENT LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE THE RESULTS SHOWN IN AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. Platform Pass Rate

Only the top 10% of Challenge participants successfully complete the evaluation and qualify for Rewards. The majority of participants do not pass. Past performance of other participants is not indicative of your likely results.

Prediction Market Data Risk

The Platform uses publicly available prediction market data as a reference data source for simulation purposes only. Users are not trading on any prediction market. Prediction market odds are volatile, may not reflect actual event probabilities, and can change rapidly. The Company is not affiliated with Polymarket, Kalshi, or any other prediction market platform or exchange. The Company makes no representation regarding the accuracy or reliability of third-party data displayed on the Platform.

No Investment Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to participate in any real-world market. Participation in the Platform's simulation does not prepare you for or guarantee success in real-world trading or prediction market activity. Real-world trading involves substantial risk of loss.

Reward Risk

Rewards are discretionary and not guaranteed. The Company may withhold Rewards at its sole discretion. Rewards are not trading profits and do not represent returns on investment. You should not participate in the Platform with the expectation of receiving Rewards.

Technology Risk

The Platform may experience outages, errors, or data inaccuracies. Simulated trading results may be affected by technical issues beyond the Company's control. The Company is not liable for losses of Challenge progress due to technical failures, though it will make reasonable efforts to address verified platform-side issues.
